Rajiv Pant is President of Flatiron Software, where he leads organizational growth and technological innovation. Throughout his career — as CTO of The New York Times, Chief Product and Technology Officer at The Wall Street Journal and Hearst Magazines, and earlier leading technology for Conde Nast and Reddit — he has built and led product and engineering teams ranging from small groups to 500+ employees. He continues to write code daily and contributes to open source projects including Ragbot.AI. He was recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2014.
